The Project Support Associate (PSA) will support MSH’s role as the Network Manager for the Joint Learning Network for Universal Health Coverage (JLN) by providing daily operational support for the Network Manager’s monitoring, evaluation, quality assurance, and communications functions. This position will provide opportunities to develop skills in different functional areas of expertise while gaining experience in a large international non-governmental organization.
Successful candidates for this role will have a can-do attitude, the ability to balance multiple work streams, and a willingness to take initiative within a small project team. Strong communication and collaboration skills, and experience demonstrating attention to detail will be particularly valuable.

Management Sciences for Health (MSH) seeks a Membership Support and Network Coordinator (the Coordinator) for the second two years of a 3-year project to support the execution of the work of the Joint Learning Network (JLN). MSH has been funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to establish a network manager (NM) team to lead the work of the JLN.
As a critical part of the NM, the Coordinator has two sets of responsibilities. First, (s)he (a) manages communications between member countries, the NM and the JLN steering group; (b) coordinates the on-boarding of new member countries; and (c) supports World Bank country engagement efforts of member countries. Second, (s)he also supports regular project management functions for the MSH NM team.
This position is full-time for two years.
